2021 PRIDE PICNIC IN THE PARK

Across the nation, June is celebrated as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Pride Month. NICER was excited to take part in Ironwood's first ever, PRIDE Picnic in the Park!

NICER was one of many local businesses, residents and partners who participated the free, family-friendly, outdoor event that took place in Ironwood’s new downtown City Square. Participants enjoyed music, games, and more!

The NICER booth included t-shirt sales, PRIDE themed "Be NICER" stickers and a plant sale, raising $244, which will be used for future NICER events and projects.

Thank you to event organizers, DIDA (Downtown Ironwood Development Authority) and Northwind Natural Foods Co-op for hosting such a wonderful event.
